SonSublime is honored to be one of the performing bands at the Loisaida Festival.  The Loisaida Festival is the largest Latino Festival held in lower Manhattan. It is organized by Loisaida Inc., a non-for-profit organization on the lower East side of Manhattan. This year marks the 24th anniversary of the festival.  SonSublime is scheduled to perform one set only - from 2:15PM – 3:30PM at the main stage located at Avenue C and 12^th Street.

 

The Loisaida Festival and Carnival Celebration is held on Loisaida Avenue, between 13th Street and 6th Street, every year on Memorial Day Weekend. The carnival held on Sunday, provides a cultural and entertainment event for community families, artist, businesses, and more to rival other city street fairs in the Heart & Soul of the Lower East Side. This festival has become a local tradition and now a city wide event and destination, and is one of the most successful events sponsored by any community organization.
